Refund Policy

1. General Return & Refund Guidelines
If you receive defective, incorrect, or incomplete items, please contact us promptly so that we can resolve the issue appropriately.
For efficient handling of your return or exchange request, please send an email to us with the following information: order number, contact details, and photos/videos of the damages or flaws (if applicable). Please retain all items and original packaging materials until your claim is finalized.
Note: For final sale products, due to the handcrafted nature, there may be slight discrepancies between the actual product and the displayed images. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such differences.
Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of receipt. You are eligible for a refund if you return the item(s) within this 15-day period. Customized items are non-returnable.
2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Requirements
Each return must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. One RMA number will be issued per order. If returning items from multiple different orders, a separate RMA number is required for each order. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
RMA numbers can be obtained by contacting Dresshine Support within the return period. An RMA number is valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.

3. Return Process
Prior to returning any items, please contact us to confirm return details and the correct return address.
All refund returns must be authorized by Dresshine within 15 days of delivery and must be accompanied by a valid RMA number. To initiate the return, please contact us at service@dresshine.com.
Note: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition that does not affect secondary sale. Once the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated.
4. Refund Details (If Applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of business days.
For issues not caused by Dresshine (e.g., improper fit, personal dislike, purchasing two items to try and keeping only one), the buyer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs. A restocking fee (20%-50% of the product price, depending on the specific issue) will also be charged.
Unlike incorrect sizing (which may be caused by the seller), improper fit is generally not the responsibility of Dresshine. However, to enhance customer satisfaction, we will cover a portion of the alteration cost at a local tailor shop (up to 20% of the product purchase price).
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable: rush orders, insurance fees, virtual products, tips, lingerie, color swatches, and disposable items.
To provide you with a more affordable shopping experience, Dresshine has always subsidized shipping costs. However, the actual costs of shipping, packaging, and labor are significantly higher. In the event of a refund, we will deduct the actual shipping, packaging, and labor costs to cover our logistical and processing expenses. Thank you for your understanding and support.
5. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
  1. Double-check your bank account statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is typically a processing period before refunds are reflected in your account.

6. Exchange Policy (If Applicable)
We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery. To request an exchange, please contact us at service@dresshine.com within 15 days of purchase, providing a detailed description of the damage or defect.
7. Gift Return Policy
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first (to give to you later), the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
8. Order Cancellation Policy
  • Full refund will be issued if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • For orders canceled more than 24 hours after payment confirmation, a partial refund will be provided, consisting of the full shipping cost plus 50%-90% of the product purchase price (a 10%-50% restocking fee will be deducted).
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
